Sauvignon Vidim
Hay-yellow in color with a slight greenish hue. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes of white fruit, accompanied by secondary floral nuances and elderflower. On the palate, lively, with refreshing acidity and a mild bitterness, harmonious and rounded, of moderate length. The taste is rich, intense, and full, with a pleasant and fairly long finish.
