Pinot Noir
Darker, sparkling ruby color. The aroma is discreet but sufficiently pronounced, requiring time to open. Afterwards, it develops a complex bouquet of ripe dark berries and stone fruits, with smoky and vanilla notes, along with hints of dark flowers, dried and aromatic herbs, and a touch of white pepper. The taste is clean, pleasantly bitter, with good acidity, soft, finely structured, harmonious, and long-lasting. Retronasally, notes of dark berries reappear.
