Pinot Gris

Lighter straw-yellow in color, crystal clear. A medium-intensity aroma with notes of ripe local white and green fruits such as apple, pear, and peach, along with hints of southern fruits – traces of kiwi, shades of lemon zest, and hay. On the palate, slightly salty, with appropriate minerality in harmonious balance with a gentle sweetness. The taste is rounded and has a solid length.
