Krauthaker Julija – pjenušac

Julija

Very light, golden-yellow in color. The aroma is floral, with ripe white fruit and subtle citrus notes, along with recognizable muscat aromas. On the palate, rounded, with gentle sweetness. Delicate muscat nuances, sparkling effervescence, and the sweetness of unfermented sugar. Classified as extra sec style, with a discreet residual sugar that provides softness while maintaining freshness.

Yellow Muscat, White Muscat, Muscat Ottonel

Food Pairing

Best served with light desserts such as fruit tarts, panna cotta, white chocolate tarts, or fresh berries.

It is also an excellent choice as an aperitif and can accompany soft, mold-ripened cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
